Viewers and credits
The streams of each site are unmetered up to 50 viewers at once, however long they watch. Only the viewers above that take credits: one credit for each minute a viewer watches, in HD or Full HD alike. A stream has no limit of viewers at once.
- Unmetered: up to 50 viewers at once on each site, across all its live streams.
- Included: each WordPress site adds 5,000 credits a month to its WordPlus Cloud account, and every site of the account draws on them.
- Who counts: the audience, while the stream is live. The hosts count for nothing, and neither does waiting for the start.
- Recording: a stream being recorded takes 1 credit a minute besides (Recording and replays).
- More: buy credits on WordPlus Cloud. Bought credits are spent after those of the month, and never expire while you have a subscription.
- When they run out: an account may borrow up to a month of its credits ahead. Past that, viewers within the 50 still join, and those above them wait until credits are bought. Those watching are never cut off.
- Where to see it: the licence details in the header of Live Stream → Studio show the viewers you stream to unmetered, the credits left, and what is borrowed.
Your credits in the admin
The licence details in the header of every Live Stream screen show the credits of your WordPlus Cloud account: those left, those from the plan this month, those bought, what is borrowed from next month and what can still be borrowed, with Buy credits. While all of them are used up, a notice on the Dashboard, the Plugins screen and the screens of Live Stream says so, until credits are bought or the next month adds its own. Those who may buy credits see it, and can dismiss it.
